Asked unsuccessful to prepare again
Industry Desk: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina yesterday greeted the SSC examinees who have come out successful in this year’s examinations and asked those who failed to take preparations again to sit for the next year’s examinations.

The Prime Minister said there is nothing to be frustrated. “If you try from now on, you’ll be able to achieve good results overcoming all the obstacles,” she said.
The Prime Minister also congratulated the guardians and teachers.
“Remember, you’re the steerspersons of tomorrow’s Bangladesh, you’ve to engage yourselves in serving the people of the country and the world. For that, you should grow up with patriotism and human quality alongside acquiring the knowledge of science and technology.”
The Prime Minister said the dream of the Father of the Nation was to build a Golden Bengal free from hunger, poverty and illiteracy through economic emancipation.
“We’ve been working tirelessly to materialise the dream of the Father of the Nation. Though we’ve resource constraint, we’re trying to build our future generation to face the challenges of the 21st century through providing them modern education,” she said.
In the previous years, Hasina said, she announced the SCC and equivalent exam results and shared the joy with the students. But this year she was unable to be present at the programme as she is now staying in London.
The Prime Minister expressed sorrow to the examinees for this.
She hoped that the students will build themselves as worthy citizens of the country through utilising their talent and creativity.
The results of Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations-2019 under 10 education boards were published today with 82.20 pass percentage.
